Any recyclables brought to Ever Green Recycling that are earmarked for ‘For the Love of Learning’ will send the proceeds directly to support our programs. Just let the good folks at Ever Green know that the proceeds from your recyclables are to be set aside for the us.

'The Drop-Ins' debut albumA CD featuring music composed, performed and recorded by some of our participants will be launched at this year's 'Sleep-Out 120 Silent Art Auction & Black Light Theatre'. The album, eponymously titled 'The Drop-Ins', is a compilation of songs and spoken word poetry, drawing from a diverse pool of musicians, singers, songwriters, and lyricists. It was conceived, recorded and mixed by Jonathan Deon. The CD will be for sale at the Sleep-Out 120 event, where FTLOL will be represented by ED Gemma Hickey. The event will be held at Corpus Christi Parish Hall, 260 Waterford Bridge Road, tonight, beginning at 7:00 pm. All are welcome, and encouraged to come and support both FTLOL and Sleep-Out 120. Anyone interested in purchasing a CD can score one at the Sleep-Out event, or at FTLOL's centre, 37B Cookstown Rd for $10. Please send an email in advance to whatsup@ftlol.org, so we can be sure one is ready for you.

Who isFTLOL, Inc?

We are a non-profit empowerment and arts learning program for NL youth, ages 15-35, who are using their resilience and creativity to overcome socio-economic obstacles. We are tutors, cheerleaders, motivators and instructors. We are proactive. We use creativity to inspire youth. We offer free workshops, 1-5pm, Wed-Fri. We produce art exhibits, a newspaper, holiday cards, anthologies, stage plays and short films. We have open-arts space, Internet and accepting people. We require only the will to learn and create. No dress code. No registration. No charge.
